Valois is the only supplier of metering pumps and valves with fully integrated in-house development and manufacturing of elastomer gaskets. Valois has dedicated its new state of the art elastomer gasket manufacturing facility to the pharmaceutical requirements and currently manufactures nearly 2 billion gaskets per year.
Our rubber expertise provides our customers with a wide choice of standard gasket formulations, as well as the flexibility to develop specific rubber formulations to overcome compatibility issues.
Valois also develops surface treatments and purification methods to minimize interactions between elastomers and drug formulation.
